别焦虑！猫咪这8种情况都正常！不是病！

养猫路上总有些小状况让你心头一紧？

先别慌！

许多看似“异常”的现象，其实是猫咪的正常生理特征、身体变化。

了解这些，告别过度焦虑！

许多猫咪的口腔内黏膜、牙龈、嘴唇、鼻头上会出现散布的黑色斑点，这绝大多数是良性的单纯性雀斑样痣（Lintigo Simplex）。

这是由正常的黑色素沉积形成。在带橘色基因的猫咪（橘猫、三花、玳瑁）身上最常见。且随着年龄增长，可能越变越多，斑块越长越大...

健康猫咪的耳道内会自然分泌浅黄褐色或透明色、无明显异味的油脂状物质。

这是猫咪耳朵的一种天然自我保护机制，能润滑耳道、吸附灰尘、抑制某些微生物过度生长。

但如果有较多的黄色或者褐色分泌物，特别是有煤灰渣样分泌物，或耳道臭臭的，就需要考虑带去医院做耳道分泌物检查了。

猫咪外耳缘下侧会有一个小豁口，它的学名叫亨利氏袋/囊（Henry's pocket）。

也有的猫耳尖会有不对称缺口，这其实是国际通行的 “TNR（诱捕-绝育-放归）”标识，代表猫咪已绝育。

如果猫咪掉毛的部位有明显斑秃状、异常病变、抓痕或伤口，则要浸提真菌感染、过敏等皮肤病。

一般猫咪绝育或者做B超剃毛时，可以观察看看。要注意，和猫咪的乳头、伤口区分开 。
